Pellet Dryer Replacement Screen Components

Send Maidong the drawing for the replacement screen used in your pellet drying equipment. Define the approved screen construction, opening pattern, section dimensions and retaining interfaces.

Identify the machine and process stage alongside the part reference. Fabrication scope and suitability for the requested interface are reviewed before quotation; no universal OEM interchangeability is implied.

Formed perforated filter cylinders with reinforcement rings
Related perforated construction only. These are not identified pellet dryer replacement screens or proof of compatibility with a particular machine.

Confirm the Screen Type Before the Dimensions

In centrifugal pellet drying equipment, screens can retain pellets while allowing separated water to leave the pellet path. Construction depends on the equipment and product specification; perforated and other specialised screen types are used.

Provide the approved construction instead of assuming that woven mesh is an equivalent replacement. Identify any multilayer arrangement, supporting member or special surface requirement for separate review.

This is a component enquiry, not a proposal for a complete dryer, rotor or process upgrade.

Link the Screen Drawing to the Retaining Parts

State whether the requested part is a complete cylindrical section, an open formed section or another drawing-defined shape. Show the axial length, controlling diameter and the condition in which dimensions are checked.

Identify joints, overlaps, retaining bands and locating features. Provide the designer-specified clearances to neighbouring components where they control the fit; do not estimate them from a photograph.

Provide the Approved Opening and Material Specification

For perforated parts, include hole shape, dimensions, pitch, pattern and solid margins. A nominal hole size alone does not define the full screen.

Use the hole size and pitch guide to organise perforation details without replacing the machine requirement.

Include Unperforated Mounting Regions

Show where openings start and stop, along with any solid edge used for fastening or joining. Keep the mounting holes distinguishable from process openings.

Where a coating or special wear-related material is required, supply its reference and acceptance criteria. Availability must be confirmed; it should not be inferred from a generic stainless steel part.

For related drawing-defined sheet components, see perforated panels with solid margins.

Related opening and margin example. This flat plate is not a dryer screen or a recommended hole pattern for pellets.

Separate Replacement Fit from Dryer Performance

For a worn sample, identify the original required dimensions separately from wear, deformation or enlarged openings. Supply the approved part drawing where available.

Agree any trial fit with the identified fixture or mating parts. Component dimensional acceptance does not establish pellet quality, residual moisture, throughput or service life.

Installation and operational acceptance should follow the responsible equipment procedures. This quotation scope does not include changes to rotor settings, safeguards or machine operation.

Pellet Dryer Screen FAQ

Replacement screen components for a specified wet pellet drying or dewatering arrangement. Identify the actual machine and process stage; it is not a universal dryer spare.

No. Dryer screen construction varies. Provide the existing approved construction and drawing rather than substituting woven mesh for a perforated or other screen.

A model reference can help identify the application but does not replace the component drawing, revision and mating dimensions. Compatibility must be reviewed.

Supply the approved opening specification and pellet information. This page assigns no universal hole size or pellet-retention guarantee.

Only when specified and confirmed in the quotation. List these items and their requirements separately from the screen body.

No. Screen supply alone does not establish dryer output, residual moisture or service life. Any required system-level acceptance must be agreed separately.
