Stainless Steel Wire Mesh for Filtration, Screening & Industrial Use

Stainless steel wire mesh is woven from high-quality 304, 316 and 316L stainless steel wire, providing excellent corrosion resistance, stable mesh openings and long service life.

Available in plain weave, twill weave and Dutch weave, the mesh can be supplied in rolls, sheets, cut pieces and custom sizes to meet different filtration and screening requirements.

It is widely used in chemical processing, food and beverage, petroleum, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, mining, laboratory screening and other industrial applications.

Further processing is also available, including cutting, stamping, welding and fabrication into discs, cylinders, baskets and other custom filter components.

Precision Weaving & Quality Control

Our stainless steel woven wire mesh is produced with controlled wire diameter, weaving tension and mesh opening consistency. Each batch is checked for mesh count, wire diameter, aperture size, surface condition and roll dimensions before shipment.

Stainless Steel Wire Mesh Weave Types

Plain Weave

The most common weaving, wires pass alternately over and under for uniform openings.

Twill Weave

Each wire passes alternately over two and under two for tighter mesh and higher strength.

Plain Dutch Weave

Warp wires are thicker and denser, weft wires are finer, giving high filtration precision.

Twill Dutch Weave

Similar to plain Dutch but with a twill pattern — tighter and smoother surface.

Reverse Dutch Weave

suitable for high-pressure filtration and backwashing applications.

Five-Heddle Weave

Flat and smooth surface with large open area, ideal for process belts and filtration.
