Sintered Stainless Steel Carbon Dioxide Sparger Elements for pH Control
Porous metal CO2-injection bodies for approved pH-control vessels. Specify solution chemistry, immersion, gas flow, fitting and fouling requirements.
Porous CO2-Injection Body in the pH-Control Vessel
The supplied component is a powder-sintered porous metal body introducing carbon dioxide into a purchaser-designed pH-control vessel. It is distinct from a beverage carbonation element and from a liquid particulate filter. Gas regulation, pH sensor, controller and complete neutralization system are separate.
Explore the main powder-sintered metal filters showcase for related metal mesh constructions.
Metal-only supply covers the component body and metal fittings expressly agreed in the quotation. Seals, gaskets and complete equipment are separate.
Solution Chemistry and Gas-Dosing Inputs
State solution composition, alkalinity where relevant, solids, temperature and gas reference flow. Define liquid head, available gas pressure and fouling exposure. The system designer determines dosing and the pH endpoint; porous grade alone cannot guarantee neutralization rate or prevent overdosing.
Specify the Complete Component
Define porous body dimensions, active length, wall, closure and gas inlet. Show immersion, support and withdrawal. Specify permeability or gas-passage acceptance and all wetted metal parts. Threaded porous bodies in the images are related fabrication references, not installed neutralization components.
Include the component revision, mating-interface drawing and the required exposed flow area. Agree the joints, support relationship and any purchaser-provided fitting sample before fabrication.
Information for a Comparable Quotation
| Requirement | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Body | Porous envelope, active area and inlet |
| Solution | Chemistry, solids, temperature and fouling |
| Gas duty | Reference flow, liquid head and supply pressure |
| Trial | Gas passage, cleaning and pH process endpoint |
Gas Passage and Complete-Process Endpoint
Agree gas passage, connection checks and cleaning exposure. Trial the complete vessel process against the required endpoint and stability. Review compatibility of the whole wetted assembly with the actual solution; no universal chemical resistance or process result is inferred.
Use the intended mating assembly and purchaser-approved test plan. Agree dimensional inspection and operating acceptance separately; a related construction photograph cannot replace these checks.
Cleaning, Inspection and Repeat Supply
Specify the cleaning method, chemicals, temperature and permitted mechanical handling. Inspect the mesh, edges, joints and supports after cleaning and agree when the component should be rejected or replaced.
For repeat orders, use the accepted component drawing and material specification with the same inspection requirements. Identify changes in fluid, particles, loading or installation before reusing a previous specification.
Product Enquiry FAQ
Send the component and holder drawings, metal and mesh requirements, operating conditions, quantity and acceptance criteria. Unspecified dimensions or duties can be marked for review.
No. Supply here covers the agreed porous body and metal fitting. Dosing and feedback control belong to the complete system.
No. This enquiry covers the agreed metal component. Sealing parts, housings and complete equipment are separate.
They show related component or material construction from the existing library. The supplied item follows the agreed drawing and sample acceptance; the images are not an installed-service case study.
