Sintered Stainless Steel Nitrogen Sparger Elements for Lubricating Oil Dewatering
Porous metal nitrogen-injection bodies for approved oil-dewatering vessels. Specify oil and moisture condition, gas-flow basis, immersion and fitting.
Porous Nitrogen-Injection Body Inside the Oil Vessel
The component is a powder-sintered porous metal body introducing nitrogen into a purchaser-designed lubricating-oil dewatering vessel. It is separate from an oil particle filter, coalescer and complete dehydration plant. Supply covers only the body and expressly agreed metal fitting.
Explore the main powder-sintered metal filters showcase for related metal mesh constructions.
Metal-only supply covers the component body and metal fittings expressly agreed in the quotation. Seals, gaskets and complete equipment are separate.
Oil Moisture and Gas-Flow Conditions
State oil formulation, additives, temperature, viscosity, moisture condition and liquid head. Provide nitrogen purity and flow with reference conditions. The process owner defines moisture-removal target and vapour handling. A porous element cannot guarantee water content, dielectric quality or oil regeneration.
Specify the Complete Component
Provide porous body diameters, active length, wall, closure and gas inlet. Show immersion, support and removal access. Specify permeability or gas-passage acceptance. Define the gas-side and oil-contact metal regions and any separate nonporous connection section.
Include the component revision, mating-interface drawing and the required exposed flow area. Agree the joints, support relationship and any purchaser-provided fitting sample before fabrication.
Information for a Comparable Quotation
| Requirement | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Body | Porous geometry, inlet and oil contact region |
| Oil | Formulation, viscosity, moisture and temperature |
| Nitrogen | Purity, reference flow, immersion and loss |
| Trial | Gas passage, cleaning and dewatering endpoint |
Body Fit and Complete-Dewatering Trial
Agree gas passage, body/fitting inspection and compatibility trials. Define cleaning exposure and residue acceptance with the oil-system owner. Validate complete-vessel dewatering separately; existing porous cylinders do not show demonstrated moisture-removal service.
Use the intended mating assembly and purchaser-approved test plan. Agree dimensional inspection and operating acceptance separately; a related construction photograph cannot replace these checks.
Cleaning, Inspection and Repeat Supply
Specify the cleaning method, chemicals, temperature and permitted mechanical handling. Inspect the mesh, edges, joints and supports after cleaning and agree when the component should be rejected or replaced.
For repeat orders, use the accepted component drawing and material specification with the same inspection requirements. Identify changes in fluid, particles, loading or installation before reusing a previous specification.
Product Enquiry FAQ
Send the component and holder drawings, metal and mesh requirements, operating conditions, quantity and acceptance criteria. Unspecified dimensions or duties can be marked for review.
No. This part introduces gas for the approved dewatering process. Mechanical solids screening requires its own filter component and acceptance.
No. This enquiry covers the agreed metal component. Sealing parts, housings and complete equipment are separate.
They show related component or material construction from the existing library. The supplied item follows the agreed drawing and sample acceptance; the images are not an installed-service case study.
Send Your Component and Mating Drawings
