Sintered Stainless Steel Oxygen Sparger Elements for Aquaculture Water
Porous metal oxygen-injection bodies for approved aquaculture water systems. Specify water chemistry, gas flow, immersion, fouling and mounting.
Porous Oxygen-Injection Body in the Water System
Supply covers the powder-sintered porous metal gas-injection body and agreed metal inlet fitting in an approved aquaculture water arrangement. It is separate from a membrane diffuser, oxygen generator and complete oxygenation system. Reference bodies are construction examples, not demonstrated fish-farm installations.
Explore the main powder-sintered metal filters showcase for related metal mesh constructions.
Metal-only supply covers the component body and metal fittings expressly agreed in the quotation. Seals, gaskets and complete equipment are separate.
Water Exposure and Controlled Gas Supply
State freshwater or actual saline chemistry, suspended solids, deposits, temperature and liquid head. Provide oxygen-bearing gas composition and reference flow. The process owner defines oxygen control and gas-contact preparation. Pore grade does not guarantee dissolved oxygen level, fish growth or stocking capacity.
Specify the Complete Component
Provide porous envelope, active length, wall, closure and inlet drawing. Show immersion, supports and service access. Define porous-flow or permeability acceptance and all gas/water-contact parts. The tank, pipe holder and control equipment are separate unless expressly specified.
Include the component revision, mating-interface drawing and the required exposed flow area. Agree the joints, support relationship and any purchaser-provided fitting sample before fabrication.
Information for a Comparable Quotation
| Requirement | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Body | Porous envelope, active area and inlet |
| Water | Salinity, solids, deposits and temperature |
| Gas | Composition, flow basis, head and cleanliness |
| Approval | Gas passage, mounting and full-system oxygenation |
Gas Passage and Complete-System Acceptance
Agree gas passage, fitting and fouling/cleaning trials under the approved system procedure. Specify gas-contact cleanliness and compatibility requirements explicitly. Complete-system oxygenation and biological acceptance require separate testing; no qualification follows from a porous-body photo.
Use the intended mating assembly and purchaser-approved test plan. Agree dimensional inspection and operating acceptance separately; a related construction photograph cannot replace these checks.
Cleaning, Inspection and Repeat Supply
Specify the cleaning method, chemicals, temperature and permitted mechanical handling. Inspect the mesh, edges, joints and supports after cleaning and agree when the component should be rejected or replaced.
For repeat orders, use the accepted component drawing and material specification with the same inspection requirements. Identify changes in fluid, particles, loading or installation before reusing a previous specification.
Product Enquiry FAQ
Send the component and holder drawings, metal and mesh requirements, operating conditions, quantity and acceptance criteria. Unspecified dimensions or duties can be marked for review.
No. Gas supply, water flow, mixing and control are separate system inputs and need complete-process validation.
No. This enquiry covers the agreed metal component. Sealing parts, housings and complete equipment are separate.
They show related component or material construction from the existing library. The supplied item follows the agreed drawing and sample acceptance; the images are not an installed-service case study.
