Sintered Stainless Steel Sparger Elements for Produced Water Oil Flotation
Porous gas-injection bodies for approved produced-water oil-flotation vessels. Specify gas, water chemistry, immersion, fouling and connection details.
Porous Gas-Injection Body in the Oil-Flotation Vessel
Supply covers a powder-sintered porous metal gas-injection body and agreed fitting for an approved oil/water flotation arrangement. It is separate from a mineral-slurry flotation element, venturi injector and complete separation vessel. Confirm that the intended arrangement specifies porous metal rather than another gas-injection method.

Metal-only supply covers the component body and metal fittings expressly agreed in the quotation. Seals, gaskets and complete equipment are separate.
Produced Water Gas and Fouling Conditions
State gas composition, produced-water salinity, oil loading, suspended solids, chemicals and temperature. Provide gas reference flow, liquid head, allowable loss and fouling/cleaning duty. The process owner determines oil separation and off-gas safeguards; no effluent oil concentration or bubble-size guarantee follows from pore grade.
Specify the Complete Component
Provide porous body dimensions, active area, wall, end closure and gas connection. Show immersed level, support and removal access. Identify any nonporous extension or header separately. Body photographs do not establish the complete bubbler-line or vessel geometry.
Include the component revision, mating-interface drawing and the required exposed flow area. Agree the joints, support relationship and any purchaser-provided fitting sample before fabrication.
Information for a Comparable Quotation
| Requirement | Details to provide |
|---|---|
| Element | Porous envelope, inlet and supports |
| Water/gas | Salinity, oil, additives and gas identity |
| Duty | Flow basis, immersion, loss and fouling |
| Approval | Gas passage, cleaning and full separation trial |
Connection and Separation-Process Acceptance
Agree gas passage, fitting and exposure acceptance for the actual stream. Trial fouling, restart and complete oil separation using the approved system. Compatibility and service life need explicit review, especially where brine and hydrocarbons contact different parts of the assembly.
Use the intended mating assembly and purchaser-approved test plan. Agree dimensional inspection and operating acceptance separately; a related construction photograph cannot replace these checks.
Cleaning, Inspection and Repeat Supply
Specify the cleaning method, chemicals, temperature and permitted mechanical handling. Inspect the mesh, edges, joints and supports after cleaning and agree when the component should be rejected or replaced.
For repeat orders, use the accepted component drawing and material specification with the same inspection requirements. Identify changes in fluid, particles, loading or installation before reusing a previous specification.
Product Enquiry FAQ
Send the component and holder drawings, metal and mesh requirements, operating conditions, quantity and acceptance criteria. Unspecified dimensions or duties can be marked for review.
No. Gas introduction is one component of flotation. The complete vessel, flow and oil properties determine separation and require a process trial.
No. This enquiry covers the agreed metal component. Sealing parts, housings and complete equipment are separate.
They show related component or material construction from the existing library. The supplied item follows the agreed drawing and sample acceptance; the images are not an installed-service case study.
Send Your Component and Mating Drawings
